Allow option to choose type of volunteer for each shift at an event.

For example, I may need 5 volunteers at 8am, but 2 are for check-In, 2 for set-up, and 1 is a greeter.

Another example, would be that I need 3 volunteers and at least 1 would need to be a candidate or elected official.

Will add the option to set skills and/or certifications a user must have to sign up for a specific shift.

If a user does not meet those qualifications, they will not be shown that shift.
