Whenever the organization thumbnail and/or picture is displayed (primarily the OrganizationProfile page), there should be a link for the picture. So click the picture, go to the link.

Should the link be the organization url? Or should the organization admin be able to specify a specific url for each?

And if not specified, then no link.
