At present a manager can download to a CSV file any of their:
  1. Organizations
  2. Followers
  3. Events
  4. Signups
Also, should the event owner, who may not be a manager, be allowed to download for the events they own:
  1. Events
  2. Signups
Should any manager be able to download this (even a Host)? Or should it be limited? And if limited, limited to which managers:
  1. Admin
  2. Organizer
  3. Trusted Host
  4. Host
And it can be different managers allowed for each list. For example, the download of Followers & Signups (that is lists of users) can be restricted to Admin while Events can be downloaded by Organizer also.
